vivo seems to be preparing to expand its affordable Y200 series. The Y200 family, which was introduced a while ago, may now be getting a new Pro model. The device, which will be called vivo Y200 Pro 5G, has recently received various certifications in India. This shows that it will be released soon.
What will vivo Y200 Pro 5G offer?
Y200 Pro 5G was certified under model number V2401. It is also included in Google Play’s Supported Devices list. With the Bluetooth SIG certificate, it confirmed the name vivo Y200 Pro 5G. So what will the device offer?
Interestingly, the device appears to have the model number V2303 in some listings. This number belongs to the vivo V29e, which was first released last quarter. So it is possible to say that the Y200 Pro 5G may share similarities with the V29e.
The Y200 Pro 5G is expected to feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset and will boost its performance with 8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
Let us also remind you that it will be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 44W fast charging feature. On the camera side, it will feature a dual rear setup consisting of 50 Megapixel front; 64 Megapixel main and 8 Megapixel ultra-wide sensors.
The V29e also features an in-display fingerprint sensor. With the completion of the certifications, the Y200 Pro 5G is likely to be released at the end of this month or in May.
